Youths & Women Entrepreneurship and Empowerment
The directorate is working in a conceptual synergy with other stakeholders, for a singular purpose of fighting the rising trend of unemployment amongst youth and women in communities across Africa.
AAIF has introduced this to initiate the sense of entrepreneurship in committed youths and women for the purpose of learning trades/skills to become self-employed and also employer of labours. Collaborations are established with already existing genuine trade outfits to train member youths and women in diverse trades. These trainings range from food processing and packaging Fashion Design/Tailoring, Carpentry, Shoe Manufacturing, Hair dressing/Manicure/Pedicure (Saloon Operation), paint production e.tc.
